Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-04-18
By using SolScore (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Simple.
What SolScore does
SolScore helps you find empty SPL token accounts in a Solana wallet and close them to reclaim the rent-exempt SOL they hold. You sign the transactions; we never custody your funds. The blockchain is the authority on what happens, not this website.
Fees
Fees are transparent and charged as a small percentage of the SOL you reclaim. The current schedule is published in the app and in patch notes. Fees are enforced on-chain via a transfer instruction inside the same transaction you sign — we can't change them after you sign, and you can verify the fee amount in your wallet before approving.
No financial, tax, or legal advice
Nothing on SolScore is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Rent-reclaim transactions may have tax implications in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your own taxes and compliance. Consult a professional.
Service provided as-is
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do our best to make the Service work correctly, and we audit it regularly, but:
- Solana network congestion, RPC outages, or wallet bugs can cause transactions to fail.
- On-chain transactions are final. If a tx lands on-chain, we cannot reverse it.
- If a tx fails, you're charged priority fees by Solana, not by us.
- We recommend verifying the transaction in your wallet before signing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolScore and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or SOL, arising from or related to your use of the Service. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that doesn't allow these limitations, they apply to the fullest extent allowed in that jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
- You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction (typically 18+).
- Don't attempt to scrape the service, rate-limit-evade, or probe infrastructure for vulnerabilities without coordinating with us first. Responsible disclosure welcome.
- Don't use the Service for illegal activity.
- You're responsible for securing your wallet and seed phrase. We cannot help recover lost keys.
Intellectual property
The SolScore name, design, and code are owned by the operator. You may link to SolScore freely. Screenshots are fine. Cloning the whole thing and shipping it as your own is not.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted in patch notes with a bumped “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the operator's state of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
